What it Means to Me to be Born Again
(A Plan of Salvation)

  All have sinned and come short of the of the glory of God.  Romans 3:23

  For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.  Romans 6:23

  But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.  Romans 5:8

  If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.  Romans 10:9

  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.  Romans 10:13

  A Prayer of Salvation:  Dear Heavenly Father, I come before you like a disobedient but repentant child to confess my sins and humbly pray for your forgiveness.   I do believe that you sent Jesus to die for my sins.  I do accept Jesus Christ as my Lord, Savior, brother, and friend.  

I do want to be born again and receive the kingdom of God within me.  I will try, with your help, from this day on, to follow the example that your Son, and my brother and friend, Jesus Christ, gave me in all that I say and do.  In the name of my Lord Jesus I pray.  Amen.

  Salvation is just that simple.  Continue to read your Bible, associate with other Christians,  and grow in the Spirit of God.
